Sure, I will deliver absolutely gorgeous portraits of your newborn baby; but I will be certain your baby was kept as comfortable as possible the entire time they are in my studio. Most all newborn photographers will maintain a warm room temperature during any newborn session, possibly around a toasty 84 degrees. This warm temperature can be pretty "sticky" for the adults in the studio. In order to keep parents and family also comfortable, what I do is keep baby nice and wrapped as long as possible. When it's time to unwrap baby, I will direct a small area heater to the bed where baby will be laying in, to do any unwrapped poses there. It will normally keep babies happy and content.

During a newborn session, a cake smash session, a baby session or even a toddler session, it is really important to keep the sweet babies as happy as can be. In addition, if there are older siblings participating in the photo shoot for a family photo session, keeping the older kids happy can make a big difference in how the babies being photographed will cooperate for creating beautiful images.
