When booking your newborn session with me, you have the option to only include your baby in the session or to also include mom, dad and siblings, if there are any. I understand how parents may not want to be included because perhaps they are feeling tired due to sleepless nights or just not up to getting their pictures taken. Many moms feel unattractive. I know, I’ve been there myself, several times!!

Nevertheless, I would recommend you to rethink it and to go ahead and also include family shots during your session. One of the options I provide is hair and makeup for moms. It’s a great way to help moms feel pampered and taken care of, especially after going th labor and delivery. Think of it, this is the only time in your child’s life that you’ll be able to get professional portraits of your family with your precious newborn.
