I remember the moment I became a mother as if it was yesterday. I remember the overwhelming feeling of wanting to finally meet my baby for the first time. Although, yes, the pain! The pain from labor is by all means, intense; however, at least for me, all of that pain magically disappeared once I had my baby in my arms. The feeling of loving someone so much for the first time is so beautiful. After my first baby, I had four more (one daughter and four boys). In total, I have five kids: one daughter and four boys. They are my everything! I love being a mother and soon, a grandmother!

Well, I love being a mother. And I haven't worked a day since my first baby was born!

After having five children myself, it is hard to imagine life without them. However, now that they're all grown up and starting their own families themselves (my oldest son just got married!), it's time for me to embrace becoming a grandmother—a role that seems to fit me perfectly!
