Fear of Unknown is that Fear which pops up into your stomach like a sudden sensation while doing daily chores. It generates when you are afraid of 'what's next' kind situation. It appears when you don’t know 'what and how' will things happen.

Fear can be of failure, rejection or even unknown can make you cripple and can imprisoned you in your own minds. Being frustrated and unfulfilled you may end up boxing yourself into a corner.

When fear arrives, remember that Uncertainty is a part of the human life.

Some people intensely feel upset and anxious whenever encounter an unknown or unfamiliar situation and become emotionally paralyzed. If you are one of them then you may have a state of mind called uncertainty intolerance. This means you can’t bear uncertain circumstances. This means you can’t embrace the change. This means you don’t want to come out of your comfort zone.

But you have to remember that it’s not uncertainty that making you nervous but the way you are responding to it. You have to remember that no life is ever perfect, uncertainty is an unavoidable part of every life. Mind finds comfort in the known and your new self is all about taking a leap into the unknown. The mind will try to catch hold of you by luring you into the habits of your older self, you got to be very mindful and choose your new self every time no matter how convincing the voice of the mind is.
